What to Expect

Please note hotels provided shall be located in the outskirts of cities (usually 18 - 25 km from the city center).
All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) will be done in an air-conditioned coach.
Maximum room occupancy in Europe is 3 persons in a room.
As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room.
Room sizes of hotels you can expect 4 stars (190 sq ft - 230 sq ft) and if 3 stars then it will be (120 - 180 sq ft).
Please note hotels in Europe don't provide free water bottles. Tap water is usually drinkable across Europe.
Please note we provide one-stop airlines to Europe (into Paris out of Milan) from DEL, BOM, and BLR.
Please note we may provide up to 2 stop airlines to Europe (into Paris out of Milan) from AMD, CCU, HYD, and MAA.
All airlines provided will include 23 Kg of check-in baggage and in-flight meals.
Please note we do guarantee Visa appointments, however, we don't have any control over the decision of whether a Visa is granted or not.

Exclusions

Any increase in Airfare, Visa fees, Airport taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges, and any applicability of new taxes from Govt.
Any gradation in Airline class or hotel room category Cost of Air ticket deviation charges.
Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements that may come into effect before departure.
Cost of pre or post-tour hotel accommodation.
Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to unforeseen, unavoidable forced Majeure circumstances during the tour.
Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of a personal nature, and food or drink that is not part of a set group menu.
Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.

Terms and Conditions

The booking amount or initial deposit is a minimum of Rs. 30,000 per person if the booking is done 45 days before travel.
Post Booking within 1 week an additional deposit of Rs. 45,000 per person needs to be paid.
For travel within 45 days of travel minimum deposit of Rs. 75,000 per person needs to be paid at the time of booking.
A full 100% balance payment is required to be done 21 days before travel.
Full payment must be made under the policy stated above.
In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour /booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.
In case of any visa rejection, the cancellation charges will be Rs. 20,000 per person plus any Visa Fees Paid (if selected).
The passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.
The Tour can be canceled 30 days before travel by paying 10% of the tour value as cancellation charges.
Within 15 days - 30 days of travel the tour can be cancelled by paying 50% of the cancellation charge.
Within 15 days the tour is completely non-refundable.
International Check-in time is 1500 hours / Check-out time is 1100 hours, early check-in and check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
For guaranteed check-in; charges equivalent to a 1-night stay will be applicable.
Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations
It is suggested to carry one check-in bag and one handbag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach
In case of any increase in taxes in Europe, there would be a change in price which will be justified
No refunds for unutilized services.
The minimum number of passengers required to operate the tour is 20. In case the group strength falls below 20, the group may be merged with a similar tour. However you will not miss any sightseeings as mentioned in the itinerary.
