This tour offers a budget experience covering the Central Europe Capitals who wish to see the most important sights in Prague, Budapest and Vienna. The tour is medium paced (days usually start at 9 am in the morning and ends by 8 pm). It involves stay in comfortable 4 star hotels (typically in the outskirts of cities 12-15 km from city center). There are delicious Indian meals provided on tour and also a full time experienced tour manager (who speaks Hindi and English) accompanies the group to take care of their needs.

ExpandDay 1: Arrival In Vienna
- Our representatives will welcome you to Vienna, the capital of Austria. As the “City of Music,” this is one of the most artistic cities where world’s best classical musicians like Beethoven and Mozart were born. After you clear your immigration process, you will be escorted to your ride headed for your hotel for check-in. Rest after a long journey, enjoy your dinner, and spend overnight in Vienna.

Day 2: City Tour In Vienna - Transfer To Budapest
- Enjoy your breakfast today before we head out on a city tour. We’ll go on a guided sightseeing around Vienna with a local guide in Vienna’s Innere Stadt (1st District) or the Old Town.
- The tour includes the famed Ring (Ringtrasse) which refers to the tree-lined boulevards that goes around the center of the city. These lines of trees are also where you can get the best historical sights and more than any road in the world. And following this boulevard, we’ll find the Stephansplatz, the center of the Vienna where we can find the iconic St. Stephen’s Cathedral. From here, we’ll stroll down the Karntnerstrasse, an iconic shopping avenue of Vienna to let you shop to your heart’s content. This place has existed since the Roman Age and is also known as the Carinthian Street. Not far is the famous Vienna State Opera House, also known as the Wiener Staatsoper which doesn’t just embodies such a dense cultural value, but also historical value. Continue your tour as we pass by the Museum of Fine Arts, the Museum of Natural History, the Hofburg, Parliament, City Hall, the Burg theater and the University.
- We’ll continue driving after the tour to Budapest and check-in at the hotel. Enjoy your dinner before our overnight stay in Budapest.

Day 3: Guided City Tour Of Budapest
- Today we explore Budapest city, we see Heroes' Square – a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the main squares in Budapest, stands in honour and memory of the great leaders in Hungary's history, Fishermen's Bastion - a fairy-tale castle on the Buda side of the city, is a lookout point which offers stunning panorama of Budapest, the historic Matthias Church – a Roman Catholic church, Gellert hill – a 235 m high hill overlooking the Danube River, Parliament house – a magnificent example of Neo-Gothic architecture, is the seat of the National Assembly of Hungary, Royal palace – a UNESCO World Heritage Site, also known as the Buda Castle, is the historical castle and palace complex of the Hungarian kings, the famous chain bridge on the Danube River - first permanent suspension bridge which connected Buda and Pest.

Day 4: Transfer To Prague With Orientation Tour Of Bratislava
- Enjoy your breakfast today before we check-out and leave Budapest. We are going to Prague today and on our way, we’ll stop at Bratislava, the capital city of Slovakia. On arrival, we start a city tour from the Old Town area where the cobbled streets and colourful buildings create such an aesthetic view. As we walk through the winding alleyways, we’ll arrive at St. Martin’s Cathedral, a three-nave 15th century Gothic cathedral that was built on top of another Romanesque church from 1221.
- Then head over to St. Michael Tower which is also known as the Michael’s Gate and is the only preserved gate from the medieval fortifications among the oldest buildings here. Continuing after lunch, we’ll visit the iconic Renaissance palace, Bratislava Castle, built in the 16th century and has been turned into the Museum of History. This is famously known as the official seat of Maria Theresa in the 18th century.
- We continue driving to Prague and to your hotel for check-in before you rest and spend the night in Prague.

Day 5: Prague City Tour And Witness The Walk Of The Apostles At The Astronomical Clock With Vltava River Cruise
- Enjoy your breakfast today before we head out on a city tour in Prague. A guide will accompany you to Hradcany Castle which is a name referring to the large number of palaces, churches, offices, courtyards, and gardens within 110 acres of land. The castle was built in the 9th century and is one of the biggest in the world and is the current seat of the President of the Czech Republic.
- Next is the Cathedral of St. Vitus, which is a Roman Catholic metropolitan cathedral in Prague. It’s also the seat of the Archbishop of Prague and is the largest and most important cathedral in Prague that saw the coronations of multiple Czech kings and queens.
- The Astronomical Clock is another historical piece of work attached to the Old Town Hall made during the medieval era. Then visit the Old Town Square which is a historical square filled with old buildings of various time period architecture from the 1400s. We’ll then visit the Charles Bridge which is a stone Gothic bridge that allows us to cross the Vltava River, connecting the Old Town and Lesser Town.
- In the evening, we’ll cross the Vltava River with a different mode, which is on a cruise, and enjoy a stunning view of Prague. We’ll head back to the hotel after dinner for your overnight stay in Prague.

Day 6: Onto Munich - Guided City Tour Of Munich
- This morning we check out and drive to the beautiful city of Munich. Reach Munich by afternoon.
- Start the tour at the large open square of Marienplatz, dominated by the Old and New Town Hall. Admire architectural wonders like the Old Town Hall, St Peter’s Church and the Munich Residenz; stroll through the lively Viktualienmarkt; and see the world-famous Hofbräuhaus beer hall. Accompanied by an expert guide, you’ll have ample opportunities to learn more about Munich’s history, cultural heritage and beer-brewing legacy, while walking between the central squares of Marienplatz and Odeonsplatz.

Day Trip To Neuschwanstein Castle
- Today after breakfast, we visit Neuschwanstein Castle. Located 2 hours from Munich, the enchanting old-world town of Füssen lies in the foothills of the Alps, framed by one of the most breathtaking natural settings in the world. Towering far above the village, seemingly sculpted out of the very mountains that rise magnificently to the heavens, is a sight made from the stuff of dreams: the fabulous and ethereal Neuschwanstein Castle.
- This glorious folly was built in the 19th-Century by the famed "mad" King Ludwig II, a man intoxicated by mythology and who himself became a legend. The shimmering white towers of the castle among the clouds are instantly recognizable to many who haven’t ever heard the name Neuschwanstein.
- It is the inspiration for Disney's Sleeping Beauty Castle and is famous the world over as the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang castle.
- Return back to Munich in evening for overnight stay.

Day 8: Fly Back Home
- Your memorable holiday ends, today it’s time to fly back home. Say goodbye to the wonderful new friends you have made on the tour. Check out and depart for the Airport with pleasant memories of your Central European trip which you will cherish for a lifetime.

What to Expect
Expand- Please note hotels provided shall be located in outskirts of cities (usually 18 - 25 km from city center).
- All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) will be done in an air-conditioned coach.
- Maximum room occupancy in Europe is 3 persons in a room.
- As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room.
- Room sizes of hotels you can expect 4 stars (190 sq ft - 230 sq ft) and if 3 stars then it will be (120 - 180 sq ft).
- Please note hotels in Europe don't provide free water bottles. Tap water is usually drinkable across Europe.
- Please note we provide one stop airlines to Europe (into Paris out of Milan) from DEL, BOM and BLR.
- Please note we may provide up to 2 stop airlines to Europe (into Vienna out of Munich) from AMD, CCU, HYD and MAA.
- All airlines provided will include 30 Kg of check-in baggage and in-flight meals.
- Please note we do guarantee Visa appointments, however we don't have any control over the decision of Visa being granted or not.
- There will be group arrival transfer organized from Vienna in the evening on day of arrival (which is included) based on flights landing between 11 am - 2 pm. Passengers may have to wait accordingly.
- There will be group departure transfer organized on the day of departure from Munich (which is included). Please make sure the flight departure is between 9 am - 12 noon.
Exclusions
Expand- Any increase in Airfare, Visa fees, Airport taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt.
- Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category Cost of Air ticket deviation charges.
- Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure.
- Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation.
- Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeuere circumstances during the tour.
- Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
- Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
- In case a passenger is opting for direct joining, the cost for airport transfers shall be borne directly by the passenger and will join the group at the hotel.
Terms and Conditions
Expand- Booking amount or initial deposit is minimum Rs. 30,000 per person if booking is done 45 days before travel.
- Post Booking within 1 week an additional deposit of Rs. 45,000 per person needs to be paid.
- For travel within 45 days of travel minimum deposit of Rs. 75,000 per person needs to be paid at time of booking.
- Full 100% balance payment is required to be done 21 days prior to travel.
- Full payment must be made in accordance with the policy stated above.
- In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour /booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.
- In case of any visa rejection, the cancellation charges will be Rs. 40,000 and the balance will be refunded.
- Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.
- The tour includes Flights, Visa and Insurance.
- The Tour can be cancelled 30 days before travel by paying 10% of the tour value as cancellation charges.
- Within 15 days - 30 days of travel the tour can be cancelled by paying 50% of the cancellation charge.
- Within 15 days the tour is completely non-refundable.
- International Check in time is 1500 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- For guaranteed check-in; charges equivalent to 1 night stay will be applicable.
- Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations
- It is suggested to carry one check in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach
- In case of any increase in any taxes in Europe, there would be a change in price which will be justified
- No refunds for unutilized services.
- Minimum passengers required to operate the tour is 20. In case the group strength falls below 20, the group may be merged with a similar tour. However you will not miss any sightseeings as mentioned in the itinerary.
- On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case your group does not have adequate members.
- If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then alternate sight-seeing will be arranged.
- In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, packed dinner may be provided on that day.
- In case the passenger is joining directly, the arrival and departure transfers have to be arranged by them or booked separately.
