Day 2: Full Day Chidorigafuchi Park (Hanami) – Imperial Palace - Japanese Tea Ceremony - Statue Of Liberty - Rainbow Bridge - 100 Yen Shop

  • After breakfast, we embark on a Tokyo City Tour, starting with Chidorigafuchi Park, one of the best spots to enjoy Hanami (cherry blossom viewing). This park features a 700-meter-long walkway surrounded by beautiful Sakura trees and lush greenery along the moat of the Imperial Palace. This historical park attracts around one million visitors each spring, becoming a favorite for both locals and tourists during the cherry blossom season.
  • Thereafter an external visit to the Imperial Palace, the primary residence of the Emperor of Japan. Surrounded by scenic moats and lush gardens, the palace offers a captivating glimpse into Japan's imperial heritage and architectural beauty.
  • Participate in a traditional Japanese tea ceremony, where you will learn the art and etiquette of preparing and drinking matcha tea, an integral part of Japanese culture.
  • We then visit the Odaiba Statue of Liberty, a cultural landmark in Minamoto. Originally a temporary tribute from Paris to Japan in 1998, its popularity led to the erection of a replica in Odaiba in 2000. Nearby is the Rainbow Bridge, a suspension bridge connecting Shibaura Pier to the Odaiba waterfront.
  • Our final stop is the famous 100-yen shops, also known as Hyaku En Shops. These stores offer a wide variety of items, from stationery to utensils, all priced at 100 yen plus tax, providing a unique shopping experience.
  • Finally, we’ll enjoy dinner at a local Indian restaurant before returning to our hotel for an overnight stay in Tokyo.

Day 3: Ueno Park And Shinjuku Gyoen Garden - Shibuya Crossing - Asakusa Kanon Temple - Tokyo Sky Tree - Sumida River Cruise - Akihabara Shopping Tour

  • After breakfast our journey continues to Ueno Park, a well-known public space housing numerous museum. However, it is most famous as a cherry blossom viewing spot. During peak bloom, the park is filled with employees, friends, and families picnicking under the trees, enjoying the spectacular sight of the ground blanketed in white and pink petals.
  • We will then head to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, renowned for its large variety of cherry trees. From late March to early April, over 400 Somei Yoshino trees bloom, transforming the English garden lawns into one of Tokyo's most delightful hanami spots.
  • Experience the iconic Shibuya Crossing, one of Tokyo's most famous landmarks.
  • Next, we'll proceed to Sensoji Temple, also known as Asakusa Kannon Temple, Tokyo’s oldest and one of its most colorful temples. Built in 1649 by Tokugawa Iemitsu, this ancient temple enshrines Kannon, the Goddess of Mercy. We'll also visit the Tokyo Sky Tree, a 634-meter-tall structure.
  • After visiting the temple, we'll stroll along Nakamise Street, a bustling shopping center adjacent to Sensoji Temple. The street retains its old-Tokyo charm, with thousands of visitors flocking to shop, eat, and soak in the lively atmosphere.
  • Next, we head to Sumida River Line to board the Sumida River Cruise. This scenic cruise offers an exquisite experience as you're taken through the river that witnessed Tokyo's transformation from Edo. The once heavily polluted river now boasts crystal clear water, reflecting Tokyo’s status as the largest megacity in the world.
  • Lastly dive into the heart of Tokyo's vibrant otaku culture with an immersive shopping tour in Akihabara, the world-renowned hub for anime, manga, electronics, and gaming. Begin your adventure at Akihabara Station, where you will be guided through bustling streets lined with multi-story stores and specialty shops. Explore iconic locations like Yodobashi Camera, a sprawling electronics paradise, and Mandarake, a treasure trove of rare and vintage anime and manga collectibles. Visit themed cafes for a unique dining experience, interact with cosplayers, and discover exclusive merchandise. Whether you're a tech enthusiast, anime lover, or just curious about Japanese pop culture, the Akihabara Shopping Tour promises an unforgettable journey into the geeky epicenter of Tokyo.

Day 4: Mt. Fuji 5th Station – Hakone Ropeway – Lake Ashi Cruise - Japanese Tea Ceremony

  • Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel before we embark on today’s adventure. Our first destination is Mt. Fuji 5th Station. The Fujinomiya 5th Station is the highest among the 5th stations and is a popular starting point for hikers due to its short route to the summit. The journey up offers captivating scenery that ensures an enjoyable ride. After taking in the breathtaking views, we will have lunch at a local Indian Restaurant.
  • Next, we visit the Hakone Ropeway, an aerial lift that takes about 30 minutes to reach the observation platform overlooking Owakudani. This is Hakone’s most popular destination, known for its active volcanic zone. During the cable ride and from the observation platform, you’ll witness the dramatic sight of volcanic fumes rising from Owakudani. On clear days, you can also see Mount Fuji in the distance.
  • Following this, we will visit Lake Ashi, renowned for its picturesque views. The crystal-clear blue water of this crater lake provides a serene atmosphere perfect for a leisurely walk along the shore. Enjoy the tranquil environment and the impressive sight of Mount Hakone, which formed the lake.
  • In the afternoon, we’ll participate in a Japanese Tea Ceremony (Sado) in Osaka, a revered traditional event. Don’t worry about attire; casual clothes are acceptable.
